1 Key Terms

4 Keeping Login Details Safe and Responsibility

3. Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4. Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
5. cv66 navy reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.
6. The VIP cashback programme pays cashback at a set rate on the week's net loss. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze tier, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum.
7. Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated on the promotions page.

7 General Rules of Play

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless cv66 navy identifies a technical error.
2. Exploiting any bug or error in the software or system for gain is strictly prohibited. Any profits made in such circumstances will be voided.
3. Separate rules apply to each game or sport, as stated in the relevant section.
4. For any live sports event, the relevant bets will be settled definitively after the result is announced.

• Operating an account using another person's identity or documents.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing or any other technical manipulation.
• Colluding with other members to create unusual betting patterns.
• Engaging in harassing, hateful or inappropriate conduct on the platform or towards other members.
• Participating in or encouraging match fixing or manipulation of any sports event.

9 Circumstances for Account Suspension or Closure

1. In the event of a breach of these Terms, cv66 navy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
2. An account may be temporarily closed during an investigation; this does not constitute a final decision.
3. A user may also request account closure at any time through the support team.
4. Any funds legitimately held in the account at the time of a ban may be considered for return after the investigation is concluded, but bonus funds and disputed winnings are not included.
